The prize will be awarded to one (1) winner as a voucher code, which the recipient can use to purchase a single or multiple Downtown Gift Cards of their choice from the site. The voucher code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The voucher code can not be used with any other promotion code, offer or discount. The prize is subject to availability, can not be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable.

How to enter: Entries must be made via the competition entry form at www.winyourxmas.com including answering the question ‘What Is Your Dream Christmas’. No purchase is necessary. The competition is open to residents of the USA, over the age of 18, except employees of Miconex/Downtown Gift Cards and its clients and partners. The winner must be willing to participate in publicity relating to their win.
One entry per person: Maximum of one (1) entry per email address.
How the winner will be selected: One (1) winner will be selected at random from qualifying entries in Canada after the closing date. If there are insufficient entries (less than one (1) entry for the USA), then the prize will not be allocated.
How it will be awarded: The winner will be notified by email within 3 working days of the end of the close date.
When does it need to be claimed by: The winner must claim their prize by responding to our email within 72 hours of being notified, otherwise the prize will be redrawn. If no response is received by the winner within 24 hours of being notified, a second email will be sent. If no response is received by the winner within 48 hours of being notified, a third and final email will be sent.
