Prize: The prize for the Downtown Gift Cards ‘The BIG Holiday Giveback’ competition in the USA is $2250 of Downtown Gift Cards, as listed and available to buy at https://mydowntowngiftcards.com/ in November 2025. The prize will be awarded in two (2) parts as follows: One (1) person or organization who is announced as the winner of The BIG Holiday Giveback’ competition will win a $1500 Downtown Gift Card of their choice. One (1) person who nominated the winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback will win a $750 Downtown Gift Card of their choice. The two (2) parts of the prize will be awarded as voucher codes, which the recipients can use to purchase a single or multiple Downtown Gift Cards of their choice from https://mydowntowngiftcards.com either physical or digital (where available). The voucher code is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The voucher code can not be used with any other promotion code, offer or discount. The prize is subject to availability, can not be exchanged for cash, and is not transferable.

How to enter: Entries must be made via the competition entry form lovelocalwin.com including answering the qualifying question: Why does this person or organization deserve to win? No purchase is necessary. The competition is open to residents of the USA, over the age of 18, except employees of Miconex/Downtown Gift Cards and its clients and partners. Each individual may place one (1) entry/vote for each person or organization that they nominate in the competition, additional entries will be disregarded.
How the winners will be selected: One (1) The BIG Holiday Giveback winner will be selected as the person or organization who receives the most qualifying entries/votes via the official entry form within the competition entry period (outlined above). Miconex reserves the right to select the winner of their choice in The BIG Holiday Giveback, regardless of entries. One (1) person who nominated the winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback will be selected at random from qualifying entries after the closing date. The odds of winning in the competition depends on the number and quality of entries. If there are insufficient entries (less than 100 entries across the USA) then the prize will not be allocated. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
How it will be awarded: The winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback will be notified by email within 3 working days of the close date. If the person or organization is happy to accept the prize, it will be awarded. If they are not happy to accept their prize, the winning person or organization selection process will be undertaken again, until such time as it is completed successfully. With the winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback selected and accepted, one person who nominated the winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback will then be selected as above and notified within 3 working days of the close date. The winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback and the winning person who nominated that person or organization must be happy to be part of publicity related to the win.
When does it need to be claimed by: The winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback, and the winning person who nominated them must each claim their prize by responding to our email within 72 hours of being notified, otherwise the prize will be redrawn. If no response is received by the winning person or organization in The BIG Holiday Giveback and the winning person who nominated them within 24 hours of being notified, a second email will be sent. If no response is received within 48 hours of being notified, a third and final email will be sent.
